It is surprising to me how positive this review is compared to others I was reading by Rolling Stone. It seems like it is hard to get 4 stars from this website, however the social network did.

I FOUND THIS ON TIME'S CARTOON OF THE WEEK. IT IS BY CAM / OTTAWA CITIZEN / CAGLE CARTOONS. The clear message is how easy it is in the US to get ahold of guns. the cartoon implies that all one needs is proof of age, even if the do look slightly deranged. While the intended audience is the general public it is a political cartoon so i seems to be aimed at those political figures in charge of constructing policies and regulations on gun control.
